Our Sod:

​With 450 acres of Kentucky Bluegrass Nursery sod being grown an hour north of the GTA in Melancthon Ontario, we choose our seed blend very carefully.  We want the best quality sod we can grow that has characteristics that are desirable to our customers.

​We choose an Elite seed that :
​

• is superior in drought tolerance and that does not need as much water to thrive and stay green
• will stay green, even in the heat of the summer
• is rich and dark green in colour
• has a strong root system to ensure wear tolerance
• will flourish in partial shade and full sun areas
• is suited perfectly to colder Canadian climates
